Hotel Policies
Reception opening timings:
- Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 9:00am - 10:00pm.
Open 365 days a year. Please advise us in advance for arrivals outside office hours.
Check In / Check Out:
- You may check
in from 14:00 hours.
- You must check out
by 11:00 hours.
Cancellations:
Please see our confirmation
letter or e-mail sent during confirmation(s)
of booking.
In the event of a no
show or cancellation with less than the
cancellation day(s) mentioned in the
confirmation letter or e-mail; an amount
of one-days room rate will be charged.
We
regret to inform that all deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Diners Club, Solo, Switch and Euro
Card.
- There will be an additional 1.5%
surcharge for all credit
card payments and a 3% surcharge for
American Express and Diners Club cards.
- There is no surcharge for debit card (e.g. Switch / Maestro) payments
Other policies
- A charge of £15 will be made for lost keys
- Any damages must be paid for by the guest upon checking out
- If a guest leaves without checking out the amount outstanding will be charged to their nominated credit card.
- Items left in the room will be forwarded to the guest, but we do have to charge our postage costs for this service
- Should a guest remove items from the room such as the hair dryer or iron, or not declare consumption of items from the minibar, the hotel reserves the right to charge their nominated credit card with the appropriate amount.
- Smoking in all rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are invited to smoke in the Coffee Lounge.
