We aim to make arrival at Marlborough House simple and stress-free, whatever time you arrive. Reception is staffed during core daytime hours. Flexible self-check-in is available at all times after 2.00pm

If you arrive outside our staffed reception hours, you will be able to access the property using self check-in.

Arrival Instructions

Arrival instructions are sent 24–48 hours before arrival
Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct when booking
If you have not received your instructions by the day of arrival, please contact us

If you arrive before your room is ready:

You are welcome to contact reception during staffed hours
Luggage storage may be available subject to availability
